Price for the guesthouse:
360€/night (min. 2 nights)
420€/night in July and Augustus (min. 4 nights)
One-time cleaning fee: 110€
The Guest House consists of the Silo Suite, the Main House,
a fully equipped kitchen, a living area, bbq and a large terrace.
The whole guesthouse is for rent from April 1st until November 1st

Silo Suite
2 double bedrooms:
· Master bedroom
· Small bedroom
· Bathroom with double sink, toilet, rain shower and hairdryer
· Air Conditioning
Main House
4 double bedrooms:
· One bedroom has its own adjacent bathroom with shower and toilet.
· The other three bedrooms share a bathroom with shower and toilet.
· One of these contains a bunkbed for two instead of a regular bed.

· A washing machine, iron and ironing board
· A living area with fireplace, books and board games
· Veranda, terraces, play ground
· A hammock space
· A pingpong table
· Relaxing spots in the garden and the forest with amazing views
· A leaflet with an overview of regional activities and tourists sites
Extras we can provide for a fee, are:
· Vinho Verde wine tasting
· Drinks, snacks, meals on demand
Activities we can organise for you:
· Canoeing, kayaking, paddle boarding, boat trips, visits to wineries, dinners with the locals and much more.
For your information
· We, the owners, live on the property in a fully separate part of the quinta.
· Our cat and dog are sure to come and say hi. If you are allergic, let us know.
· Unfortunately, our Quinta is not very suitable for people with physical disabilities or people with difficulties walking.
· We welcome children of any age.
· We have no capacity for extra beds.
· The rooms are non-smoking, however you can smoke outside.
· Sorry, pets are not allowed in the rooms.
